Quality Checks

Residential care:

The Care Quality Commission is the regulatory organisation that inspects care homes every year to make sure standards are being met. Quite rightly, these inspections are unannounced so an inspector can appear at any time to inspect our homes, ask residents and their families about their experiences, talk to care staff and evaluate systems and procedures to make sure people are safe and being properly cared for.

New care homes are first inspected by the CQC 12 months after they open. Once Birch Park Care Home has been inspected you will be able to read the results of our inspections here.
