Our Team

Our homes are privately owned and managed by people with years of experience in running successful care homes. We know what makes a care home into a real home and have created safe, welcoming environments where everyone who has been entrusted to our care can live happily and with dignity.

Our standards

We look for people who show genuine kindness and who cheerfully and willingly deliver a high standard of personalised care that meets the needs of our residents. All our carers and relevant support staff are CRB checked and recruited for their genuine wish to work in the care sector, and their attitude towards caring for vulnerable people. Every member of our team has regular assessments and is provided with ongoing training and support to encourage them to build a career with us.

Specialist Support Team

As well as our team of nurses and carers, we have a specialist support team in place. This includes our ‘behind the scenes’ people who look after housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and other functions; plus visiting professionals such as chiropodists, opticians and dentists, who all work to make our residents’ lives as comfortable as possible.

Activities Team

Our activities team is made up of residents, families and staff who work together to put on a programme of stimulating, enjoyable activities for those who want them. Many older people are worried about losing touch with families and friends when they move into care, but our care homes area real part of the local community, and we encourage families and friends to join in with our events programme.
