Moving and stretching sessions prove a hit at Oak Park Care Home

Gently stretching and relaxing our muscles is an important way of staying healthy, and chair-based exercise is very beneficial for people who don’t have the stability to take part in standing exercise.

Our residents – and their visiting friends – enjoy regular Chair Yoga sessions here at Oak Park Care Home. They also love the very soothing Reiki hands on healing sessions, with Trish our Reiki & Light Chair Yoga practitioner.
